You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped. However, because shipment often occurs quickly it may not always be possible to cancel your order in time. Returns of new, unopened products are accepted within thirty (30) days of the order date. Refund amount will not include any shipping and handling charges. Opened or defective products are eligible for exchange for the identical product only. The cost of shipping any returns will be your liability, but you must ship using an insured, trackable method. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending in your return. We retain the right to refuse returns without an RMA number.
Weekend delivery is not available, and we do not process orders on weekends. We will make every effort to ship orders placed before 2:00pm Central time on the same day. Orders placed after this time should ship on the next business day. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, this shipment schedule may not always be possible. If you have paid for expedited shipping and your ship date is delayed, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. Shipping estimates are estimates only, and the actual day you receive your products may vary. FedEx® shipments are not day guaranteed until they have shipped.
